In the first phase, this artistic research examined historical recollections of main popular music currents in Europe and America from 19th Century to the 21st Century.

In the second phase, the research included dance students from MUDA Kunstencentrum. We examined youth subcultures from the 20th century that embodied social change through music and dance. The performance Teen Spirit is the result of the time we spent together dancing, learning, discussing and imagining these dances anew.
